Carnival Day with the Out to Lunch Crew

The Billings Township Hall meal site has started participating in The Horizons Senior Living (of Gladwin's) “Out to Lunch” Program and celebrated with a Carnival themed day the first week of October. Site manager, Teri Boettcher, has worked with the staff of The Horizon Senior Living to have the “Out to Lunch” Program to come to the Billings Township Hall dining center twice a month. This program helps the Horizon residents get out, meet new people and enjoy some different meals.
